ELIGIBILITY
The use of the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 13 and above, or those between the ages of 13 and 16 residing in jurisdictions where parental consent is required. We reserve the right to deny access to users under specific ages, determined at our sole discretion.
If you are under 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction), you may access our Platform only with parental or legal guardian permission, who must also agree to abide by these Terms. As a parent or legal guardian, you assume full responsibility for the actions of users under 18, including any violations of these Terms, and for assessing the suitability of the Platform for such users.
USER ACCOUNTS
Registering for a Platform account requires accurate information, which you must keep up-to-date. Safeguard your account security by logging out after each session and promptly notifying us if unauthorized access is suspected. If you allow others to use your account, you are accountable for their activities. We may reclaim usernames for reasons, including on behalf of entities holding trademark rights.
Vitall Markets retains the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to suspend or terminate your account or Platform access for any reason.
USER CONTENT AND AUTHOR CONTENT
The Platform permits users to post comments, messages, photos, ratings, and other materials (“User Content”) on Partner Content, Author Content, or elsewhere. By submitting User Content, you grant Vitall Markets an irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content worldwide without compensation, subject to these Terms.
You may also submit works of authorship (“Author Content”) for potential publishing, distribution, or monetization on the Platform. User Content and Author Content together constitute “Submitted Content.”
While Vitall Markets may preserve and store Submitted Content, disclosure may occur if required by law or if deemed necessary to comply with legal processes, enforce these Terms, respond to claims of third-party rights violation, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Vitall Markets, its Partners, users, or the public.
USER CONDUCT AND CONTENT
Your use of the Platform is limited to personal, noncommercial purposes unless pre-approved in writing by Vitall Markets for commercial use. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to violate laws, contracts, intellectual property, or third-party rights, and to conduct yourself responsibly. Prohibited actions include harassing behavior, unauthorized account use, impersonation, distributing spam, attempting to collect personal information, and engaging in illegal activities.
You must not create, post, store, or share Submitted Content that violates these Terms, including content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful. Vitall Markets reserves the right to delete or remove Submitted Content at any time without notice.
ENFORCEMENT OF TERMS
Vitall Markets has the discretion to enforce these Terms, and failure to do so in specific instances does not waive the right to enforce them in other cases. This section and Vitall Markets’ actions under it do not create a cause of action for any third party, nor an expectation that the Platform will be free of prohibited content.
OWNERSHIP
The Platform, including all content, is owned by Vitall Markets or its licensors and is protected by United States and foreign laws. All rights to the Platform are reserved by Vitall Markets or its licensors, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
